Healing Hearts Home Healthcare Agency is a Licensed Health Firm in the state of New Jersey that accepts direct payment from the client or payment through Private Pay, Long Term Care Insurance, No Fault, Workers Comperatation or other agreements.

• Private Pay:

  • All clients are ultimately responisble for the reimbursement of home care service whether or not there is reimbursement from another source. A weekly invoice that details all service is sent electroincally to responsible party.

• Long Term Care Insurance:

  • Healing Hearts will contact your long-term insurance company and verify the available home care benefits and procedures to access these benefits. In many situations, Heling Hearts will send your home care bill to insurance company, wait for direct payment and then send you the balance due if necessary.

• Disability, Workers Compensation, No-Fault:

  • ​Healing Hearts will contact insurance, verify benefits, esatblish a payment schedule and submit updated documentation as required.

• Medicare and Medicaid:

  • At this time, Healing Hearts DOES NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid. However, if Medicare and/or Medicaid is your primary insurance we will refer you to a trusted affiliate that will service your needs.
